This map was created using Hammer++

gm_coastline it a part of the coastline with a bay, Port and a lighthouse. Close to the port is the northern petrol refinery which is also part of the port. The map takes place before the 7 Hour War.
This map doesn't need any side textures.

When creating the map, I followed the e3 material from 2003, so part of the map is similar to it, the map itself comes from Half-Life 2, it is part of the highway 17 chapter, specifically d2_coast_04, the map has been mostly reworked and contains my vision of what it could look like if the 7 Hour War hadn't happened.
