Civilization Ability: Guns and Order
Exclusive unique Family Governor: Rossati, Bellone and Saluzzo. (Required GS)
Domestic luxury resource tiles can be charged Protection racket by Land close combat units, and corresponding output and additional gold can be provided according to the resource base yield bonus. If charge multiple Protection racket for the same tile in 30 turns, you will get a series of negative effects, including: City Development Deceleration, City-1 Entertainment, City-1 population, Luxury resources depletion, City mutiny.

Unique district: Teatro di Milano
A district unique to Siracusa, replaces the Theater Square district and cheaper to build. Awards a Governor Title when completed. +2 Culture bonus for adjacent City Center and Luxury Resource tile. Gold double to its adjacency bonus.

Unique unit: Famiglia Silent Cleaner
Siracusa unique unit, cannot be trained or promoted, and can only be purchased with gold. Only adjacent enemy units can reveal this unit, and ignore zone control areas when moving. Has Combat Strength fix equal to the strongest ranged unit your cities have produced. When attacking units, gain 3 temporary Combat Strength from each friendly unit that died in battle in the previous 10 turns.

Leader: Texas
Leadership ability: Tactical Delivery
Extra territory upon founding cities.Reduces the cost of purchasing a tile by 30%.
Each terrain within the 3 grid range of the city provides 1% corresponding output bonus for the city, including grass (food), plain (productivity), desert (culture), snow (technology), tundra (faith), lake and coast (gold).(Required GS)

Leader: Lappland
Leadership ability: Wolf Spirit
Attack from units will disables the target's special ability when attacking, lasting 2 turns. All combat units +6 Combat strength,Ignoring the debuff of terrain and feature. Does not suffer combat penalties when damaged.

Leader: Vigil
(Required GS)
Leadership ability: Leader of the Wolfpack
All mlitary units gain -10 Combat Strength, but provide +1 Gold which increase with Eras. Obtain the unit "Wolfpack" after establishing the city, and then obtain a "Wolfpack" in city every 25 turns, with a maximum limit of 3.

Unique unit: Wolfpack
Vigil unique unit, cannot be trained or promoted.Has base Combat Strength equal to the strongest unit your cities have produced. Receive +4 Combat Strength for every adjacent Wolfpack.

Leader: Penance
(Required GS)
Leadership ability: Guardian of the Law
Happy cities receive +2 Yields from Campuses, Commercial Hubs, Industrial Zone and Theater Squares in tiles above Average, Ecstatic cities receive +4 Yields. Each Amenities provides 0.2 Science, 0.2 Culture, and 0.4 Gold for each population.

Unique district: Siracusa Courthouse
Siracusa unique district, replaces the Government Plaza, does not require population and cheaper to build, enable to switch building in district through project. Ignore the decrease of Appeal made by those Features (like Marsh, Rainforest, and so on) within your civilization. Provides +6 Loyalty per turn, and +2 Amenities to each city center within 6 tiles.

Leader: Texas the Omertosa
(Required GS)
Leadership ability: Texas Swordsmanship
Unit gains ability of jump, which distance increases with the Eras. Military units on land can cause damage and -1 movement to surrounding enemy upon landing. The military unit restores health and movement after killing unit for the first time, and refreshes again after promotion.

2023.8.6 Fix English Text error
2023.8.10 Adjust the growth of protection racket, increase the range of units that can charge protection racket, and add a new debuff for multiple protection racket.
2023.8.11 Fixed the bug that Siracusa Courthouse can be built multiple, and adjusted the Leader Ability bonus of Penance.
2023.8.23 Fixed misalignment of unit models caused by Texas the Omertosa Jump, adjusted Texas the Omertosa Jump Attack calculation and made it able to attack the Wall, add ability for Lappland that not suffer combat penalties when damaged.
2023.9.2 Reduce the amount of gold provided by Vigil units to match its performance in the game.
2023.10.22 Add support for standard rules.
2024.2.1 New function added: Plots that have reached the Protection racket time limit will be highlighted when the unit is selected.
2025.5.2 Adjust some abilities and adding a new leader.

@Pen idk then, like the names and all works, but the text and descriptions of skills just render as boxes. Also, IDK if this is suppose to happen, but when I open the english text file it says there is a error on one of the lines
