It's a useful mod, but the lack of click-through (which I understand you in an earlier comment said wasn't an option) made it so that I was very confused trying to click buttons on the bottom row.

It might be good to have clicking on Simple Checklist make the background appear. Not only will it indicate that my clicking was blocked by it, but it'll make it more convenient to move it around.

Then you could make it so clicking it again without dragging it hides it, or maybe right clicking if it can't distinguish between click and click-drag.

Does anyone know what mods conflict with this? Or if this needs any mods to make work.

I have it at the bottom of my load order and cant for the life of me figure out why it just does not appear on my screen.

I agree with the comment below about having the list go downward, it would be great as it's a logical position (conflicts less with the UI than being at the bottom, unless you have lots of colonists)

Currently the list grows upwards when new items are added. Could you add an option for it to grow downwards? I wanna put the list on the top right and currently I have to reposition it every time I add or remove an item.

A fun toggleable setting would be that when you finish certain amount of tasks you get rewards, like 100 silver, or an ideology relic, maybe some custom item

It would be great if the list to manage notes would have a scrollbar, I have so many notes that I cannot delete done notes that are below the ones accessible.

while i love the idea of the mod its just cumbersome to use, no matter where i put it its over something in my UI, blocks letters/warnings, blocks the resource list, blocks selected pawn's abilities or just sticks out as floating text.
add a button in the checklist to quickly access settings or hide/show the background cus going into the settings just to move it a bit gets annoying real fast and maybe give us an option to only see it as a bottom bar menu something like a research screen we can actively edit and write on

The checklist isn't respecting the display toggle in the bottom right across saving/loading. The toggle stays off, but the checklist shows up anyway until I toggle it on and off again.

@Myrnalin: I can't do your second request, it doesn't look like RimWorld has the options to give windows a Click Through. Your third request goes a bit beyond being a Simple Checklist, but I'll keep it in mind if I feel like doing further expansion on this. That being said, consider your request for editing items complete and released!

For everyone else, the shadow under the checklist is being caused by another mod you've got installed, probably a UI mod. It's not there in Vanilla
