OUTDATED *AGOT special building/ AGOT minor houses patch

Updating and fixing two mods that are not being updated. This isnt not meant to be a mod that last long, just to patch for the DLC until they come back and update their mod. Also added more traveling points of interests.

This is save game compatible with a lil effort. In console type effect = (province:4424 = { add_special_building_slot = hightide_01}}
So that example would add a special hightide building if that were in this mod. This example is actually from agot city and walls. But same script applies. Find the province and the building you’re missing and run that script. You’ll probably have to build the too. Which is a lot of money. So if you’re in a save and want it, get ready to cheat a little.
