Use this instead if you want to also be able to hire the all of my other jobs as well.

Allows you to hire the Separatist

This mod allows you to hire the Separatist by overriding the Locationtypes.xml so any mod that also overrides it would not be compatible. It is also the reason this is a separate mod. As far as I can tell there is no other way to be added to the hire list.

The Separatist has a chance of appearing in all zones

I am not familiar with hungry europans. I assume it is an event that let you recruit a special npc like artie. I'll have to take a look at how to do events at some point.

You could do what hungry europans did and make the crewmember themself have a chance of spawning at outposts with a prompt to talk to them rather than hr managers, but i'm not sure if that'll make conflicts with hungry europans
