No Teleport Achievement Lockout

Description
Ever tried to do an all achievement run without teleporters, only to realize that you can't complete First Teleport of Call without them? Well, now you can! This mod will auto-complete the duplicant teleport criteria on any save that has teleporters disabled - it even works with existing saves!

Got half way through my no teleport all achievement run before I even thought of this problem. Just scrolling through mods after the QOL patch to see what's new and found this. Makes me a happy fella! Thanks!

It's not about if the achievement is difficult, it's about it being impossible to complete if you disable teleporters

Actually it's rather easy to get the achievement (I've just tried and it took me 7 cycles on a playthrough focused just on that), but yeah, it's rather lame that the teleport is part of the achievement, thus punishing players playing on a harder difficulty.
