To save on file size, The Binding of Isaac: Epiphany's music files have a bitrate of 256kb/s. This add-on restores the music to its full original 450kb/s bitrate.

What is the benefit of a higher bitrate?
Higher bitrate means better audio quality, although the difference will likely not be noticeable unless you have a high end audio setup.
