The Sakuri Chiyuran Close Combat Rifle-12 (CCR-12) is a powerful Firaxus-based close-range compression combat rifle that firing a powerful shockwave blast of energy projectile that lethal to anyone at close range. The rifle was commonly use by Gamalaticania Alliance's SpecForce unit who often use for airplane rescue mission in quick close-quarter combat mission in 1 minute before they start to ragequit after repeatably died over and over for playing on veteran.

The weapon is resembled to USAS-12 shotgun, but it has some similarly to Franchi SPAS-15. Much like the Assault Rifle, this weapon never officially called a shotgun for a reason due to rifle-size and the word "Shotgun" was buried along with the rest of human seven million year prior the Midgar was exist.
