Master Render Range Control

Description
Control rendering range to the maximum (maximum being 20km)

Full credit to Hijong, I simply decompiled the mod and tweaked values. Thought it would be helpful for huge maps (larger than 4km)

@Red Phone yes you're crazy. You'll only notice it on huge maps. Standard render range is like somewhere between 2km and 4km. It will only apply to your character, so you won't see it in f8.
