Alternative Boss Rush and Hush Criterea

Description
Instead of simply removing all challange from getting the Boss Rush and Hush doors to open, this mod adds an alternative, more relaxed way to open them

The Boss Rush door now also opens as long as Isaac has 10 (12 on alt path) or fewer Items, including active items, but not counting Polaroid, Negative as well as Key and Knife pieces. As usual, the door also opens when you get there before 20-minutes

The Hush door opens as long as Boss Rush was done before, in addition to it's 30-minute timer

Devil Keys from the mod "Devil Keys" are not counted towards the Item limit

Any chance you could add support for the 'devil keys' mod (as in excluding them from the count)?

Oh my god, thank you, "There's no rush" always felt like it was cheating but I swear the timer is so short due to repentance feeling like it takes much longer, thank you for creating this mod!
