Nothing has changed since June of last year. Has to be another mod causing a conflict.

Try turning off all mods except LC and tilesets and see if the issue continues.

Second what Iron gate said. I'm able to load into map however cannot enter any cells without crashing

Gave me a "Normal Termination", so theres a conflict somewhere with another mod. once non-selected my game loads.

@Syckley Looks like Melos tiles or vanilla. Theres not much going on there.
