Empty Level Up Sound

Description
Remove the level up sound entirely, an empty .ogg file runs in place of the current audio file.

The HaloTextHelper (Perk and arrow) still show up.

This mod was created to "fix" the current bug of infinite level ups causing continuous running of the level up sound.
The level up functionality is in Java code and at this time I can not fix the actual code directly. For now, there is Empty Level Up Sound

Tnx bro, i really needed this mod. Original sound is very loud and i don't like it

The idea is nothing new to the community, and something like this became an absolute necessity for the server my group plays on, but everything we could find was some replace of the sound with something "cooler" or "better" or just something that wasn't "nothing" and so I had to make the empty audio version.
