Description
Leonardo, from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, joins the Fray!

*Special Moves/Abilities*

-Radical Whirlwind (Neutral Special): Leonardo spins around with his swords.
-Turtle Power (Side Special): Leonardo speeds forward, covered by ninja energy and hits with a strong attack.
-Cowabunga (Up Special): Leonardo launches upwards, rotating in a circle with his swords.
-Ninja Counter (Down Special): When timed properly, Leonardo can counter an attack.

-Costume 2: Mirage Color
-Costume 3: 1987 Cartoon
-Costume 4: Playmates Action Figure

-Leonardo and all his other TMNT brothers are now available! I will be taking a break from making TMNT characters for a while, but hope to return soon!
-My hope is to eventually have Leonardo tournament viable. Balancing suggestions are welcome.
-Possibly more alternate costumes.

AI and up special for all TMNT will be updated in their next patch.

10/10 this and all the turtles. you really made them feel diferent with the sprites you had to work with.
also, just for the next patch you do. up special kills at zero.

User snuffysam has developed code that makes the CPU in your custom content smarter. I use it for all my fighters. Have you considered implementing that code into the turtles?
