If you want I can send you those C_Hands in it's current state which should address the most critical issue which were the pertruding spikes.
What I also noticed is that compared to other C_Hands, the arms are far longer, which most likely is the core problem.
You could try addons like Black Autumn Playermodel selector to get a better hang of what I mean. There's an option to view C_Hands of playermodels.
You could solve this by "cutting" the arm at the point where the arms begin to glitch out. It should also be the exact point where typical C_Hands do not render the rest of the arm. With proper references it should be simple.
