@dirty.pant.leg You can't use this with submods unless those submods upload their old versions. Nothing I can do to help either, this is why the steam collection only has so few submods as they'll never break regardless of version.

I even changed which save I loaded each time after a crash and so far they all crash so I don't think it's a situation where I solved the issue but the saves I troubleshooted on don't work anymore after they got crashed on. I'm mainly making this comment to let it be known that probably 1.6 saves loaded on 1.6.1 before switching to this mod for those saves isn't the issue for people; and it might be a submod and external but compatible mod issue or a load order issue or something else instead. But any insight for me individually would also be appreciated.

Downloaded this for old saves today but they crash at 100% load. Starting new games would crash but I think moving the load order of this mod up fixed that. Didn't fix old saves issue. I never loaded those old saves on 1.6.1 either. Does starting a new game on 1.6.1 cause this (not saving a 1.6 save onto a 1.6.1 save but a completely new save started on 1.6.1)? I use all submods listed in main Invictus page and FMO if that matters. I also have Easy Cheats on (ik it's outdated as balls but it still would work regardless) and it would pop up the choose character traits event upon starting a new game for some reason, could that be a sign?

Would have 2.0.4 Augustus affect the loading with this old invictus 1.6? I had multiple saves some a campaign from the past month or so and am having similar crashing problems with both. I comment here, but I will also try to find you on discord.

I can't get my ironman save to load either. I missed the update and the game crashed, but even after updating back to this old version and again after unsubbing to the original the game just crashes or fails to load the game. Is there something I'm missing here?

I can't really help either of you from here, join us on Discord and I can help you there. Generally though having loaded and made a bew save in the newer version will break the save.

I'm afraid my save file that was working until yesterday won't run. I would greatly appreciate it if you could fix this problem.

Hello, everyone! It appears that the latest Invictus update has caused my game to crash (it was working perfectly as of yesterday, August 3rd). I attempted to use the old Invictus 1.6 version, but the game still crashes. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might be able to resolve this and get back to playing smoothly? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

I have 3 different ones. All ironmen. One i was trying to open on the update. Others don`t. They don`t work too. Thanks anyway.
