Report a translation problem
That is...very weird. It has nothing to do with the particle effect but rather what I have affiliated the spell with. In the CK you can select what skill tree it is related to and I must have chosen Conjuration by mistake. I will look into this however.
I was using the spell, and it increased my conjuration skill...
And it is unnnafected by perks in the destruction tree, XD
I don't mind, but you might want to look into that, it might be due to the particle effect you used for the spell...
in the end PRAISE THE SUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!
