Description
A lot of the grenade launchers stats can't be easily changed without changing other things (Such as explosion damage game-wide), so these are only simple changes

+ Faster reload speed
+ Higher direct impact damage
+ Faster Pullout speed
+ Now fits into the secondary weapon slot, wow!

All buffs because normal grenade launcher sucks so much lol
