Reload On Kill

Description
reload all or only the gun you are holding when killing a player or npc

console commands:
"reloadonkill" enables or disables the mod on players, 1 by default

"reloadonkill_type" changes the reload from all guns (1) or single gun (2), 1 by default

"reloadonkill_npcs" enables or disables the refill when killing npcs, 1 by default

"reloadonkill_percent" changes the percent of the mag that is refilled, 100 default
