Thatched Tudor/Medieval Staff Centre - fully customisable

A staff centre with all the essential facilities for either a starter or established zoo constructed from thatched stone and timbered buildings, the in-game cost $35,000.00.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
The BP when placed is ready to use with no modifications necessary, however, each building and decorative item has been saved as its own group which means this centre can easily be customised to suit your individual needs but it also means that once placed the original BP can only be moved by using the multiselect tool (press i in game)

Any unwanted buildings can just be deleted or, for the power facilities, the generator can be swapped out or duplicated for replacement with either of the water facilities. The fence piece is a non grid item and can be rotated in any direction, any building can be copied for placement in another part of your zoo rather than buying the original BP again.
