This is my rendition of the USPS post office found on the corner of N. Broadway and W. Gunnison in Chicago IL. USA.[goo.gl] I plan on tackling the Old Post Office found in Chicago next so keep an eye out if you like this asset.

Texture: 1024 x 1024 d/s/n/a/i/c MAIN || 128 x 128 d/s/n/a/i/c LOD. The asset uses a color map on the main wall texture and can be recolored with a mod like Repaint.

Maintenance Cost: 600

Water and Electricity were also slightly increased to mirror the increase in post capacity.

The Industries DLC is required for post functionality but I believe the European Suburbia was only for the flower pots so you can ignore it. I also included some bushes from MrMaison and pdelmo but you can ignore those as well and decorate the flowerbeds yourself.

Feel free to leave any feedback/critics on the asset; I'm still trying to figure out best practices for my asset creation process. Also feel free to suggest any of your favorite schools, police stations, etc. or pieces of architecture in general. Things in Chicago are preferred because I can go see them in person.
