Uses sponges to clean blood

In the base game sponges are useless junk. This mods gives the player the option to use a sponge to clean up blood as long as they have bleach on hand.

There is another mod that does the same thing but it unfortunately disables mops, dish towels, and bath towels from cleaning up blood. My goal was to have more uses for items not to make other items useless so I created this mod.

This is my first mod so there are bound to be problems. I believe the mod will work with any mods that don't edit the clean blood functions for the base game. The only mod at the time that did that I knew of that did that was the Usable Sponges mod by Kroket. His mod worked differently, it didn’t use bleach and mops and towels couldn’t be used to clean blood in his mod. Krotet has since updated his mod so this is no longer the case.

For a future update I would like the mod to be completely isolated so it can work with any mod. I have a good idea how to do this. However, right now in the current state all I did was add to the list of things the base game function listed as items that can be used to clean blood.
