Fixed Stunstick Swings

Description
For 18 years, since the release of Half-Life 2 [and/or deathmatch to get technical], the stunstick's swinging sounds had a small pause before they actually played.
For 18 years, seemingly no one decided to patch it.
Until now.

After finding out how audio tech works again and dealing with the whole gmod addon creation process, I decided to finally fix up one of the smallest, yet most annoying nitpicks I've specifically avoided using the stunstick over for the past decade or so.

This is incompatible with sound mods. All this does is get rid of the half second delay at the beginning of both of the stun baton's swing sound effects.

This command beefs the Stunstick to higher Metrocop standards. If you get the required addon, it'll make Metropolice much more satisfying to fight with and against.

same here, i only put 25 in the description because that's the damage the crowbar used to do [i've been getting into old horror maps and other workshop campaigns lately]

I actually put a command in my autoexec that makes the weapon deal 40 damage like the NPC's version.

the stunstick's player damage [when used] is 10, the same as the crowbar; when used by npcs, it does 40 damage because it was specifically designed to instakill citizens at the beginning of the game [it reverts to 10 damage again once you put the HEV suit on]

i updated the description to put a command and 1.5 addons that yall might find of interest next to it that make it much more satisfying to fight with and against

While I would raise up the fact that it displays correctly on the NPC's...

that might be a source engine thing

regardless, unfortunately i wouldn't be able to do anything about it because i don't have any modelling/scripting programs nor knowledge on how to use them

I wonder if you could find a way to fix the AR2's Muzzleflash in third person only playing for the first shot on automatic fire?
