Classic Vortigaunt Fixed and Improved Shackles

Description
i thought the shackles were a bit to shiny and clean so i fixed it

changes: fixed vmt. improved normal map

this works with any addon that uses these shackles but only if the path vmt and vtf names are the same

This on the old shackles would be pretty nice, though.

basically the normal map uses the same texture as the base texture meaning all the detail exists

Nice, I always disliked the shackles only version of the vortigaunt since it didn't fit like at all but this fixes this issue imo and makes it look more realistic.
