Author's notes:
Pretty much nothing is known about the original Publishing[civilization.fandom.com] Technology which was originally going to be featured on Civilization V. This means that I had to basically come up with this mod from the ground up.

I tried to create a new Technology that was as non-intrusive as possible. I didn't want to create anything "game changing" (read: game breaking) and was mostly inspired by the Fertilizer Technology, whose main purpose is Yield bonuses. That being said, I wanted to make things a little more interesting by adding new Buildings and Wonders, which are easy to create and fun to use.

As for my thought process for certain abstractions within the mod:
• The Culture bonus given by the new Building and NW is pretty self-explanatory.
• The Science bonus is meant to represent widespread publishing of scientific articles which now become readily available to the public.
• The Tourism bonus from the NW is meant to represent growing interest in your Empire as your publishing network becomes stronger.
• The Tourism Yield modifier for Landmarks and Holy Sites is meant to represent publications such as pamphlets and travel guides which begin to advertise these locations as tourist hotspots.

I hope you enjoy my version of the Publishing Tech!

FAQ:
Q: Is this mod compatible with <insert my favorite Technology mod here>?
A: Maybe. It's definitely compatible with a lot of mods out there, but mods that heavily modify the Tech Tree might be incompatible or lead to wonky behavior.
Q: How much of cut content is actually restored? No, really.
A: Only the audio. I had to come up with everything else since so little is known about this planned Technology.
Q: I really wish this mod did more stuff. Can you update it to do something else?
A: Suggestions are always welcome. If you have an idea for this mod's expansion, just comment down below!
