Flag of Pirate Chirper

When flown from the mast, the flag of captain blue wing strikes fear into the heart of any cim who is unfortunately enough to see it… or maybe it’s just a flag of some Pirate themed amusement park… the design is not actually that scary, it couldn’t be since it has the little cute and chubby blue bird from Cities Skylines on it… it’s up to you to decide whatever the flag represents!

The flag is fictional and was entirely designed by me, although inspired by the aesthetics of several pirate flag designs seem throughout the various forms of media.
