Modern Wood Staff Centre (Base Game items only build) - can be customised

A staff centre with all the essential facilities for either a starter or established zoo constructed from base game items only, in game cost $37,305.00. The centre has everything needed at the start of a new zoo so comes with a water treatment plant instead of a power generator which is not required close to the zoo entrance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
The BP when placed is ready to use with no modifications necessary, however, each building and decorative item has been saved as its own group which means this centre can easily be customised to suit your individual needs. Any building can be copied for placement in another part of your zoo rather than buying the original BP again allowing you to easily construct your own custom layouts, however it also means that once placed the original BP can only be moved as a whole by using the multi select tool (press i in game)

Any unwanted buildings can just be deleted, due to some problems changing the water treatment plant in edit mode it is recommended that if you want to swap this facility out you should delete it and replace it with one of the additional water temperature or power generator facilities available in an add on pack along with a small keeper hut and small staff room available here: ADD ON PACK https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3017975330
