指定宗族成員創立支系，須為領主，AI不再自行分家但玩家還是可以。
Add a character interaction to let your dynasty member create a cadet branch.
1.is your dynasty member
2.is landed
3.ai will not create a cadet branch.

Does this prevent the AI from making cadet branches in general, or only via character interaction?
