@OctoRubyYT I'm Not Sure How To Explain That. You Could Perhaps Add The $color Attribute And Change The Color That Way In SFM's Element Viewer Or Maybe Edit The Texture Using Something Like Photoshop.

how do I get the ripped parts to be a color without the actual pants changing color with it?

@TheProGamer22 You Use The 2.0 Inkling/Octoling Models By Zeldaboy14 To Use These Textures. Open That Model In SFM, Set The Legwear Bodygroup To The 3rd One, Click On Add Override Materials And Apply The Texture From There On.
