Description
Just a little personal bias mod as necrophage is my favourite origin and I'm sad they get less ability to reduce maximum leader negative traits due to their harmony tradition swap

Simply adds "Maximum Leader Negative Traits: -1" onto the harmony tradition swap for Necrophages
