Lantern of Radiance - Researchable/Craftable

Description
Adds the Ability to craft the Lantern of Radiance in the Leather Crafting bench using one iron plate and one electronic component after researching it (Level 2 research requires 1 book with prereq. Leather Crafting and Light Post). Made this for my own playthroughs but thought I should share. Enjoy!

This mod causes a glitch in AI for me that makes them not join fights.

It's work.
Does not have the "Rare" status. Quality: 200/200. Remains: 20/100 (standart, but powerful = 25/100, sometimes 25/100 can be found in ruins.).
In order for the "Rare" status to appear, it is necessary to throw the manufactured lantern into the pile of purchased lanterns so that it joins the pile and receives the status.
