Stealth UI Improvements

Description
Using stealth in combat can be finicky, both in and out of combat. This mod seeks to mitigate that by adding a few additions to the UI.

The mod includes the ability to change how much time slows down during out-of-combat aiming, including the option to completely pause! For hardcore stealth enthusiasts, there's even the option to not slow down time at all.

If a mercenary would break stealth in combat with a planned move, the game will now warn the player using the same warning as if they were about to move through interrupting attacks or dangerous zones.

Finally the mod has an option to either warn you or pause the game if a mercenary you're not looking at is being detected. Never get caught off-guard again! Credit to qb1120 for the idea.

Special thanks to the Jagged Alliance Discord and Audaki_ra in particular, for helping me understand how to mod the game.

Possible future features:
- Warnings if a stance change will break or prevent stealth.
- A re-stealth indicator.

I'm getting the same thing as BlackWater, except I don't have the Active Pause mods so we can rule that one out. I tried changing the settings in-mission, but it didn't seem to fix the issue.

Something worth to reports.
In mod option, Aim dilation set to 0%, exploration detection set to "Auto pause" and game will freeze indefinitely when open fire upon detection.
This is playing along with "active pause mods", not sure if it relevant or not.

@sandman25dcsss I had not considered that, thanks for the feedback. In my own playthrough I almost never ran into enemies that surprised me that way in the middle of combat. I'll see if I can fix it!

Good idea, but unfortunately it does not check if you are aware of the enemy. It means you are warned about presence of unknown enemies and can no longer be surprised.

@1stReaper. Yup it should work just fine. Pausing seems to work differently from slowing the game down, so even if you set it to 0% it will not break your pause.
