Folder (Living Internet)

The sky of the Living Internet is full of many strange, hovering blue orbs that occasionally open up to reveal a glowing interior which Files constantly fly in and out of. These are the Folders. Folders might look like artificial structures used to house Files, but they too are alive. They don't really do that much though, apart from just exist. And float.
