Offset Vertical Button Panels

Description
Created in response to a user request, this simply adds two additional variants of the vertical button panel item that is in the Heavy Industry DLC, positioned to the left and right of the block, close to the edge so it can be placed in front of a door and not impede access.

They are added to the existing variants of the button blocks in the game block selection screens so are selected from there.

Obviously the DLC is required, but these added blocks are subject to no additional terms. If they break, you get to keep all the pieces.

Any idea if we will be getting the other Button Panels? I'd love to see them with the Control panels for sure!

I will update this in the next day or two and add similar offset variants of the new button and control panel pedestals.

I've always wondered about the vanilla arrangement of the panel, as ther is no good way to reach the buttons from hatches or elevator platforms.

Facing in the opposite direction was my first though, but offset will also do the job.

So thanks for the great work.
