Description
The inner Moscow Metropolitan stations after a world war renders the surface uninhabitable.

Scenario preview doesn't show unnocupied tunnels - the network is interconnected and simulations work properly.

Suggested settings: - use God Mode to disable formation of new nations while still allowing revolts, and reduce allowed alliance size. or disable entirely. It's awkward to constantly break up mutant rats allying with people. Additionally, consider blocking city razing and paying for cores. Don't toggle removing exclaves, as these are a regular part of the setting.


Based on the book version of Metro 2033.
