Text field helpers

Description
Two differently sized text field helpers:
- 2x30m flat on terrain surface for displaying street names or other information clearly visible from a big distance
- 30x300cm vertical for displaying names of traffic lights or other things

Both come in four different colours.

Not visible in the game itself, only in the map editor!
