Snow Cloud

Description
Snow! This tool is useless as far as tools go. When selected, a snow cloud is spawned in front of the player.
The snow cloud simply snows, and sticks around until it melts. You can move the snow cloud closer to you by pressing E. You can move further it away from you by pressing R. Cloud too low? Press Y to move the cloud up. To high? Press T to move the cloud down. Enjoy the snow.

its curently snowing in hungary at dec 6 22;45 pm and this mod is great bc it hasnt snowed for a couple years well until now but still its great
