an actually like good looking and functional jarate for ttt that doesnt require tf2 installed.
use it to make people take 2x damage like the other one on the workshop.

ttt_jarate_duration for length

supports c_hands and has some cute particle fx

can you add a console variable that lets you change how long the jarate duration is
