increased the base gold of all or most vendors

vanilla version


changes:
alchemy vendors have 1500 gold
blacksmiths have 4000 gold
blacksmith orcs have 1000 gold
non-hold blacksmiths have 1500 gold
fence vendors from TG have 1500-2500 gold
inns have 500 gold
general goods vendors have 1500 gold
street vendors have 350 gold
spell vendors have 3500 gold

Thank you, running home all the time sucks! I've just traded half my gold to my Wife's store and then sold her the items I don't want instead of filling ever chest in the house I built. I don't know if all Wife/Husband are also 'stores' but I'm glad now I can sell with more ease and less running. Thanks even Master Speech skill wasn't enough.
