slightly improved gta 5 playermodels

i did not make the player models i just slightly improved some parts about them

things i did:

1: switched franklins dealt head texture to have hair it originally was bald
2: i changed the view models on franklins arms to be black
3:fixed the ragdolls they used to be floppy
4:added view model hands
