V-4 Update: Massive overhaul
Now in a twin-engine configuration with enough thrust to raise the top speed by 56% while also dedicating 20% of the thrust to energy generation for more powerful follow-up PAC shots. The twin-engine also allows for differential pitch vectoring for added roll control.

The PAC is now target-adaptive, firing explosive shock at aircraft and piercing shots at tanks. It also uses 10m rods instead of 4m, making the more powerful, efficient, and accurate. The fuel engine has also been overhauled to be more powerful as well.
