Back Alley Trash Night

I put a lot of trash bags in this level, not really a lot but more then you probably see in an average level.

also I think this workshop has too many effortless "Achievment" levels, especially since once the campaign and each character gets boring, you wanna try out some new stuff, so I figured I'd try and provide something at least new, if not any good.

And I threw in some extra objectives to make sure it didn't feel like just another "Kill them All" type.
