you can no longer integrate cultures from different groups

humans has assimilation through buildings human building can only be built in human dominant culture provinces
same as the over races but the over races don't have assimilation in there buildings

every building has changed for each race

big modifier changes for each races

added new pops and buildings to map

big negative stats to non dominant culture and region provinces

new state investments

food output for slaves in settlements give a lot more food as slave output food and a lot less in city's

forts are now caped at 3 per province and the mega fort are now 1 less fort level so there are no doom forts that are unbeatable

war score has been changed now its a lot more expensive but if you have a claim it becomes a lot cheaper

food is now based on slave output all food from trade has been removed and replaced with slave output and slave out put has a large bonus in none city provenances
