Better Bill Portrait

Description
Gives Bill a new portrait to better match the style of the other survivors' portraits when choosing a character. It was made using his pose from the Blood Harvest loading screen like the others. I made this for myself, but I upload it to the workshop in case anyone likes what I have made.
