Per-Player Noclip Speed

Description
An addon to make noclip speed per person instead of a server-wide convar.

To change your noclip speed, set the convar noclip_custom_enabled to 1 and set the noclip_custom_speed convar to any value between 100 and 10000.

500 is the base noclip speed on most sandbox servers.

Pretty cool, but is it theoretically possible to implement the same behavior for player movement speed though? Kind of like cl_forwardspeed and cl_sidespeed but with more options
