Description
Mod Version 1.8, for Stellaris v3.12.5

This mod contains some enhancements for the "Progenitor Hive" origin, including making the oversight aura more effective and enabling the construction of an overseer Juggernaut.

- Increased the net boost for the "Offspring Oversight" aura from 5% to 15% (by reducing the permanent penalties from -50% to -40%).
- Allows Devouring Swarms who take the Progenitor origin to release sectors and retain vassals of their own species.
- Reverts the huge nerf to splinter hives done in v3.6.0 official: splinter hives will continue to NOT require >= 25 pops on the planet.
- Adds an enhanced offspring oversight aura for Juggernauts.
- Fixes FE clinic buildings adding offspring drone jobs to regular hives, and no jobs at all to progenitor origin empires.

That's actually really cool, I have on request in the Tune of this one, would it be possible for you to make a tweak that allows GDF/Imperial Defense Fleet to have an Offspring ship in them? So I don't need to babysit the GDF with another stack if you do that, thank you for up-keeping this mod either way.
