FakeFactory's Cinematic Mod (often abbreviated as CM), also simply known as Cinematic Mod, is a mod that aims to improve Half-Life 2 and its episodes, and push the Source engine capabilities as far as possible.

For this mod i decided that it was for the best to delete the laser sight

ah, yes. what a terrible day for the HL2 community that was. good times.

I like how it "modernizes" the reload animation while still keeping it relatively true to the original in terms of the actual quality of the animation. (It's sort of robotic, just like the reload anims for the vanilla pistols).
