Colonel Sanders Nick Icons

Description
This mod simply replaces Nick's VGUI icons to be themed around the Colonel Sanders.

This is meant to go with Kitten Mayhem's "Nick as Colonel Sanders" mod, though I've also included some other additional mods as some touches, though those (and the original mod for that matter) aren't 100% required.

Have a finger lickin' good time showing those zombies who's about to get served.
