Ukrainian Wonders Pack

Happy Ukrainian Independence Day! To commemorate this day, during Russia's continued illegal and unjustifiable invasion of Ukraine, I present you with a mod that includes 10 new World Wonders from all over Ukraine. This mod was originally going to be released earlier in the year, with the most recent batch of our Slava Ukraini mods, but ended up a bit delayed, apologies.

Ukraine is a land of immense beauty steeped in centuries of history, and no mod could possibly represent its every work of architectural beauty or historical significance, which made selecting just 10 a difficult endeavor. On top of this, Ukraine is a land where that history, that beauty, is itself under attack every day alongside its people. Since the invasion began, the devastation of Russian bombs and Russian occupation have damaged and destroyed countless sites. Churches, monasteries, theatres, civilian homes and shelters, Holocaust memorials, nothing is sacred to the Russians. These tragedies have informed my selection of wonders for this pack, as well, as I've chosen to memorialize, in a sense, some of what's been lost, from Ukrainian cities like Mariupol and Sviatohirsk, alongside the more "recognized" of Ukraine's wonders. Even then, there are still so many Wonders left in Ukraine that I may end up making another pack, or at least more individual wonder mods!

Wonders List

Kam'ianets: Unlocked with Steel. +8 City Strength, and spawns a Citadel in the city center.

Sviatohirsk All Saints Skete: Unlocked with Physics. +2 Culture, +3 Faith. Provides a free Monastery in this City.

Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra: Unlocked with Metallurgy. +1 Culture, +4 Faith. Wonders are constructed +10% faster in this City, and increases the Religious Pressure of this city by +50%.

Chortomlyk Sich: Unlocked with Gunpowder. City must be on a River. +15% Production towards Mounted and Naval Units empire-wide. Provides a free Armory in this city.

Donetsk Regional Drama Theatre: Unlocked with Steam Power. +3 Culture. Contains 2 slots for Great Works of Writing, and each Great Work contained in this City increases the length of Golden Ages by +5%.

Odesa Opera and Ballet Theatre: Unlocked with Architecture. +3 Culture. Contains 2 slots for Great Works of Music, and spawns a Great Musician near this city.

Arboretum Sofiyivka: Unlocked with Scientific Theory. Scientist and Engineer Specialists provide +1 Culture, and Cultural Specialists provide +1 Science. Provides a free Garden in this city.

Azovstal Steel Works: Unlocked with Electricity. Strategic Resources worked by this city provide +1 Production, and increase the City Strength.

Ukraina-Maty: Unlocked with Atomic Theory. Provides 1 copy of every type of military unit currently owned.

An-225 Mriya: Unlocked with Rocketry. +4 Global Happiness. Provides 3 additional Delegates in the World Congress, and starts a Golden Age.
