VOLAT V1 (Light Armored APC)

Main info:

The Volat V-1 project was created by the engineers of the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant. The company received an order from the Ministry of Defense , thanks to which it has a chance to enter the global market for armored vehicles. A prototype of the new V1 was created in 2016 . The car first appeared at the Eurosatory exhibition in Paris . The armored car attracted the attention of visitors. After the end of the exhibition, testing of the V1 continued. The next show of the Volat armored car took place in May 2017 as part of the MILEX-2017 exhibition . Three cars were presented.

At the moment, no country has expressed a desire to purchase V1, however, in Belarus itself, the car is already in service with special operations forces, border troops and internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
