More Mech Drill Tiers - Bigger Bits

Description
Drill BIG or drill home?

Tile drilling radius increased for all mech drills (not the beam drill).

It also affects the vanilla starter drill so you don't have to have More Mech Drill Tiers, but it was made to work with it.

Incompatible with other mods that edit drillarm.lua.
